Middle East’s biggest Chinatown in Dubai
Dubai Creek Harbour – to be the site of the super skyscraper that will snatch Burj Khalifa’s record-breaking title once complete – will have a distinct taste of the Far East, boasting the Middle East’s largest Chinatown. To be found in the upcoming development’s retail district, it will be centrally located and brimming with Chinese products and the country’s top brands.

Additionally, it was revealed that home-grown hospitality brand Address Hotels + Resorts will debut in China’s key cities with luxury hotels and serviced residences
A third announcement noted that Emaar will make its own mark for the UAE in China through three pavilions in the cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou (each of which Emirates flies directly to from Dubai).
